About this Death Cafe
Everyone (over 18) is welcome!!
We will keep to the Death Cafe model, please be sure to read and digest the information in the "About" section of the Death Cafe website: https://deathcafe.com/what/ before you attend.
It is IMPORTANT that participants understand a number of things:
1) The Death Cafe Model (link, above)
2) This is a discussion session, NOT a grief therapy, group counseling, or any sort of healing session. I am not a clinician, and while clinicians are welcome, this is not a space to provide or receive any form of clinical support.
3) Please treat all conversations with courtesy and respect.
You'll likely hear something that runs counter to your own beliefs
4) Death Cafe sessions are confidential. What goes in Death Cafe stays in Death Cafe.
We will provide decaf coffee and some carbs. You're welcome to bring your own coffee, tea, other soft drink, and/or snacks.
