This is a free afternoon, a safe space to get together to discuss the taboo subject of death, over a cup of tea and cake.  

We do not recommend this afternoon or the recently bereaved or those receiving grief counselling. 

About Meredith Wood

Lina Newstead is a yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher, and a tutor for BWY.  She has been holding courses at Claridge House for numerous years and faciliates a Death Cafe bi-annually at Claridge House. Rest assured you are in safe hands  

Claridge House has been a retreat centre for over 70 years, a Victorian house set in 2 acres of glorious woodland garden.
