About Victoria Keen
Victoria Keen, a Funeral Director in London, is dedicated to creating spaces for open conversations about death and dying. Inspired by Jon Underwood’s Death Cafes, Victoria began hosting her own, fostering meaningful dialogue about life, loss, and mortality. In 2020, she co-founded Lifting the Lid, an annual international online festival about death and dying, with artist Jo Dagless. Now in its fifth successful year, the festival continues to break taboos and inspire global conversations on this essential topic.
