About this Death Cafe
Death Cafe in Salem Oregon is a group-directed discussion group. We currently meet twice a month: once virtually on Zoom and once in person. The in-person meeting takes place at the Ike Box, a coffee shop in the downtown area which used to be a funeral home. We started meeting on Zoom when Covid-19 hit in 2020 and have continued to provide that safe and friendly meeting space. There is no cost, agenda, or proselytizing. All are welcome to join us and talk about something that we all have in common and is often not discussed in our society.
