About Gil Janssen and Martha Badger
Martha Badger lives in Bay View. She recently completed her End-of-Life Doula Training through The Dying Year. Martha has been a registered nurse for 30+ years and a Reiki Master for 20 years. Martha hopes to raise awareness about the role of the End-of-Life Doula ans the importance of advance care planning. Martha also feels called to spread the word about sustainable, meaningful options that are available to all of us regarding end-of-life ceremony and ritual.
Gil-Marie Janssen lives in Cedarburg. She is a retired school counselor. She has completed two different End-of-Life Doula trainings, one with The Conscious Dying Institute and the other with Village Deathcare Citizen. Gil believes that death is an important part of life, one that is not talked about nor planned for enough. She is eager to support end-of-life dialogue, planning and being a support in varios ways to people so that the mystery of life continues.
