About this Death Cafe

We are running this event to connect our college students with members of the community. Our students are passionate about vulnerable conversation and want to invest in the wider community. Our place of residence has couches, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

About Nevalee Hawkins & Nate Rubright

Nevalee Hawkins:

I am a local from Somerville, MA. I work with college students in the Somerville/Medford/Cambridge areas. I am also a part-time student. I enjoy conversation, volleyball, thrifting, and spending time with my nieces. 

Nate Rubright:

Nate is a Medford resident from Pittsburg, PA. Nate and I work together at the location of this Death Cafe caring for local college students. Nate enjoys running, talking, and spending as little money as possible.
