About this Death Cafe

Our Death Cafe will follow the core principles of Death Cafe, creating a welcoming, inclusive space for people to come together and talk openly about death and dying. The gathering will be informal, with no set agenda or goal, and the conversation will flow naturally based on what participants want to discuss. This is not a grief support or counseling session, but simply a chance for people to share their thoughts and experiences over tea, coffee, and cake. We aim to encourage open, honest conversations about death in a relaxed, comfortable setting. Refreshments will be provided, as is tradition with Death Cafes.

About Sarah-Rose Treagus

Sarah-Rose is an End of Life Doula with over three years of experience serving the community both in person and online. She offers compassionate group healing sessions and personalized 1:1 grief counseling, providing support through life's transitions. Drawing from her own experiences with death, Sarah-Rose has transformed her fears into valuable wisdom and teachings, which she shares to guide and support others. Her work is dedicated to helping individuals navigate grief with empathy, insight, and healing.
