We are accepting donations to assist members of our community who are unable to pay full price for services provided at Sunset Therapy Center. 

About Ashley Wolfe

Ashley has seventeen years of experience in supporting individuals through grief, with a background that includes work in hospitals, hospice care, and private practice. She started her career as a Child Life Specialist and has since earned a Master’s degree, taught Therapeutic Play as an adjunct professor, and recently trained as a Death Doula. Through her private practice, The Grieving Well, Ashley provides comprehensive grief support for all ages using the evidence-based Grief Recovery Method. She also leads community support groups at Sunset Therapy Center and incorporates various expressive arts, movement, and nature-based techniques. A published author, Ashley wrote a children's book called, "My Journey With the Wind, A Magical Story of Grief" which introduces therapeutic activities for caregivers, teachers or other supportive roles to utilize in working with grieving children.  Ashley views grief as a natural response to change and aims to help individuals understand and integrate its impact on their lives.
