About this Death Cafe
OAK CLIFF DEATH CAFE is going on a field trip! Join us for this special edition at Oakland Cemetery, where we’ll gather under the canopy of a big pecan tree to engage in meaningful conversations about death and dying, all set amongst the grandeur of this historic cemetery. After our discussion, stay for an exclusive tour led by Cemetery Administrator Monica Newbury, who will guide us through the burial ground's rich past and share insights into its future conservation efforts. Please register through the Eventbrite link.
Many thanks to Oakland Cemetery for generously providing our inclusive gathering space.
We’ll have CAKE! BYO beverage + blanket or folding chair.
Oak Cliff Death Cafe is a gathering where individuals of all backgrounds are invited to engage in open conversations about death and dying.
