About this Death Cafe

 I have been blessed with the opportunity to sit with death and the journey of dying with a few special people already.  And if I live long enough, many more.  I think it is important for an individual, as well as a community and a culture that is of one world, to have places to speak of the unspeakable.  Talking about death can feel hard .  So please be welcomed to come to this event to talk about your thoughts, experiences, and questions about death.  Crows coffee has graciously provided the space for us to relax in a coffee shop once closed and have privacy to be vulnerable.  Come by at least 6:45 if you would like to support crow's by purchasing food or drink.  The shop is open until 7pm with a full espresso bar and great breakfast burritos and pastries!

Kalista has been facilitating small group gatherings since 2017, from birth story gatherings to Death Cafes, she has always been drawn to the difficult topics and tries to cultivate a safe and judgment-free space for people to share their experience.
