About Rev. Kristina Stauffer

Kristina is a Certified Holistic Coach, Embodiment Practitioner and registered Metaphysical Minister in the province of British Columbia.

For over a decade Kristina has been working with individuals through Yoga, Reiki Healing, Ayurveda, Breath-work and Meditation. 

Kristina loves teaching, facilitating and creating beautiful ceremonies for people to partake in.
