About this Death Cafe
Join us at the Didsbury Death Cafe for an open and honest conversation about death and dying. This special edition of the Death Cafe will be held in person at Fog Lane Park. Please feel free to bring your own food and drink as we will be outside for this Cafe.
Didsbury Death Cafe run a regular free space to talk about death, dying and grief. The Death Cafe will be run by Lexi Sears, who set up the Didsbury Death Cafe to give her local community the opportunities to be understood, listened to, and to have the space to meet others with similar experiences, worries or thoughts about death and dying.
It is a very open group and welcome anyone to our free event. There is no agenda or no set topics of conversation, so we encourage all conversations. Please do join us for coffee & cake and a chance to meet others. The meeting is usually very casual, and you will be in tables of 3-5 people and have the chance to talk about anything you wish.

The Death Cafe will be run by Lexi Sears, who set up the Didsbury Death Cafe to give her local community the opportunities to be understood, listened to, and to have the space to meet others with similar experiences, worries or thoughts about death and dying. She has had her own personal experiences of bereavement at a young age that have led her to facilitate her own Death Cafes.
