About this Death Cafe

 With so many differences in the world and separation is a way of life. There is one thing we have in common...we are all going to leave this world. I am a  Death Cafe Affiliate and want to create space for others to become "uncomfortably comfortable" having a nonjudgmental open conversation about death and dying. 

Agenda: THERE IS NONE! Just an open conversation on the topic of death and dying (This not a grief support or counseling group).

Goal: To become aware of the idea we will not live forever and allow us to look at how we are living the life we have right now.

I am a registered nurse, mom of three young men (my oldest was murdered in 2016), a grandmother to his son who is three, and an End-of-Life Doula. I have an appreciation of death. I have developed a mission to want to ease the burden of others on things related to end of life.
