Please join us for another Death Cafe at the Cedarburg Public Library in the Community Room. We look forward to seeeing you there. Remember to bring your own beverage and we will provide a treat.
About Gil Janssen and Martha Badger
Gil-Marie Janssen is a retired school counselor who completed two separate Death Doula trainings. She currently volunteers at several local hospices and looks forward to supporting end-of-life dialogue, planning and support so that the mystery of life continues.
Marth Badger lives and works in Bay View (Milwaukee). She recently completed her End-of-Life Doula training through The Dying Year. Martha has been a registered nurse for 30+ years and a Reiki Master for 20 years. Martha hopes to raise community awareness about the role of the Death Doula and the importance of advance care planning. Martha also feels compelled to spread the word about sustainable. meaningful options that are available to all of us regarding end-of-life ceremony and rituals (funerals, burials, etc.)
