About this Death Cafe

The East Rockville Death Cafe is a community of people interested in being thoughtful about death and dying. We feel honored to offer a place to discuss death and its physical, emotional and financial aspects and effects on those dying and their family and friends. We talk about practical things and often have participants with specific knowledge: death doula, advanced planning, funeral practices, etc.

At the Death Cafe there will be a facilitated discussion following the interests of those attending VIA ZOOM. Death Cafe does not provide counseling or grief support, but is a place where discussions can take place in a thoughtful atmosphere.

It's easy to use ZOOM, just download the ZOOM app and when prompted, copy and paste the Meeting ID #:  then click join! If you can attend please email pdubroof@assistinghands.com

for the meeting ID and Password.
