About this Death Cafe

Jennifer and I connected when she found my information on the national Death Doula registry, and invited me to come and do a presentation at the Hobbs Memorial library, where she is the library director. After the initial presentation, it became clear that talking about death with something we both felt comfortable with and so she started a death café at the library. An article was written in the local paper about my work as a Death Doula, and in the article it included the next date of the Death Café At the library. So many people came from far away, and were so happy to have a safe place to talk about death that we decided to start another one in the town where I live, and to do it on a monthly basis. We will have coffee, tea and snacks and will hold space for Die-a-logue...we will gather on the third Friday of each month in 2024
