About this Death Cafe
Jiyoon learned about Death Cafe through her coworker Ana, the communication director of Dallas Meditation Center. She found authentic mindful conversation to be empowering, even when the topic is something as difficult as losing her brother. So she decided to offer Death Cafe at Dallas Meditation Center, the community of which is mindful, kind, and supportive. Anybody craving to discuss our impermanent nature, grieving experience, anticipatory grieving, pet grieving, anything related to death is welcomed, as long as one presents themselves authentic and open hearted.
