About this Death Cafe
At a Death Cafe, we talk about anything related to death and dying, over tea and cake.
The conversation flows easily, and organically, with no prescribed themes or objectives, other than to break down taboos and normalise conversations around death and dying, with a view to living more fully. .
Our current venue is in round house within the beautiful Woodberry Wetlands, close to Manor House tube Station N4.
We encourage attendees to arrive early so they can take a gentle stroll through the wetlands via the wooden bridge and Coalhouse Cafe
About Caroline Dent
Caroline has trained as an End of Life Doula, and has been involved in the Death cafe movement since the early days of the movement.
She also runs a monthly online Thanataphobia Cafe which is similar to a Death Cafe, but exclusively for people who suffer from Thanataphobia (extreme fear of Death), something she suffered fro for the first half of her life.
