About this Death Cafe
Jane loves spending time with folks who are interested in coming together to talk informally about death, dying, and enjoying coffee and treats! She especially enjoys being with people who have the ability to laugh and cry while discussing what many people are afraid to discuss!
About Jane Ford
Jane Ford, M.Ed. is an experienced teacher and public speaker, and has extensive background working with community and faith-based nonprofits. She left work in 2004 to take care of her husband for seven years. When he died in 2011, she retired to pursue her interests on a volunteer basis. After attending a Death Cafe in 2014, Jane decided to learn more about this work and has been facilitating Death Cafes in Massachusetts since 2017.
