About Michelle Puga

Michelle Puga is a tourism industry professional based in Ecuador and a mother of four, one of whom is already a star in the sky. Her personal connection with death has inspired her to help others navigate this process in their own way.

Recently graduated from the Shakti Prayers Program in the Ovaric Breathing System, guided by Sajeeva Hurtado, Michelle is always seeking ways to improve life and share her insights.

She created the Facebook group "Death Talk Cuenca" and hosts Death Cafes in the city, providing spaces for open conversations about death and life.

Michelle's journey reflects her commitment to personal growth and fostering understanding of life's profound journey.
