About this Death Cafe

It is a place for people to openly discuss and find out more about death and dying perspectives of the people attending.

I have seen people connect with others who have had friends or family die, either recently or a long time ago be able to express their feelings and be honest about those feelings.

I have found comfort and support in this group where is has been difficult to access in the broader community around death and dying.

I have learnt of the many alternatives available when assisting someone dying, choice of home or hospital deaths and the range of options available for funerals, celebrants, etc.
