We are a friendly, comfortable discussion group with no agenda, no objectives, or themes.
*We are not a grief support or counseling session of any kind*
Our hope is to have a safe place for people to come and make this more of a neccessary conversation.

The large gathering room at Heartwood Preserve will host this event: coffee, tea & CAKE!

DIANA & LINDSEY = DFF's!
Diana Brooks: Having worked in the Deathcare industry since 2006, Diana is very passionate about being a part of the Death Positivity Movement. Diana has over 25+ years’ experience in customer service, is fully licensed by the State of Florida as a cemetery Director of Operations and pre-need sales agent, and is a Certified Celebrant.
She has 3 children, Liliana, Melody & Christian. When not working as a Mom or at Heartwood, Diana enjoys practicing meditation, all aspects of nature, volunteering, thrifting with her Husband & spoiling her Poodle and Goldendoodle dogs.
LINDSEY S.:
Lindsey is a Florida native and embraces her state’s eccentric reputation.
She’s Christoph’s wife (no, not like Frozen) and the mom of Bobby & Avery.
She’s got a corporate career and can be quite serious, but she’s a giant kid at heart who loves snapping pictures of flowers and dancing to any/all music, as well as volunteering at Heartwood Preserve.
During a Summer 2021 Death Café she wore a plastic flamingo headband and said, “If I can wear a flamingo on my head, then you can talk about death”.
