About this Death Cafe
Since the pandemic we have been increasingly aware of our mortality as we have lost loved ones and witnessed suffering and loneliness around us. Even now, death rates have risen to an unprecedented high outside of a pandemic, acting as a constant reminder that death is part of our everyday lives.
This is an opportunity to meet and exchange our thoughts and experiences of life and death. There is no set agenda, but will be a time for reflection; a time to start conversations about forward planning; how we can manage loss better…
This is not a bereavement counselling session, but a safe place for respectful discussion.
Tea and cake are provided, or you may prefer to bring your own.
Donations for running expenses would be welcomed.
To book your place please email frances@ftcelebrantservices.com
