About this Death Cafe
Chris, Berni and Francoise believe that every place, including theirs, would benefit from a Death Cafe.
They've held a first one in November 2022, that attracted a few brave local people, who enjoyed sipping tea in the back room of the Bear Inn talking about death. They wish to continue to hold them, hopefully every two months.
About Chris, Berni and Francoise
Chris is a yoga and meditation teacher from Mandala Yoga Ashram, near Llansadwrn, and is also a trained counsellor and trainee End-of-Life doula.
Berni, from Llanwrtyd Wells, is an End-of-Life Doula and Independent Celebrant, & known for her Stained-Glass Window at Myddfai Hall.
Francoise has taken part in Death Cafes since 2018 and has completed the End-of-Life Doula Foundation Course in 2019. She enjoys being alive.
