About this Death Cafe

I believe talking about death and dying can help to break the taboos around it, making the whole subject less scary. Accepting our own mortality - and everything else's - can help us make more of life. My experience of holding death cafes is that people usually find them much more uplifting and liberating than they might expect. This will be a friendly, relaxed death cafe in an informal setting, with tea and snacks provided.

The Death Cafe is free to attend but please if you able, bring a donation for our venue - it's run for the community by volunteers and we need to raise money to cover our costs. Thanks so much!
