About this Death Cafe
Everyone is welcome! Our first Cafe brought the age spectrum and experiences into the "mix". The only "golden rules" are compassion and respect for all and no "fixing" or advice- this is not therapy. It is a space to be human together. We follow the Death Cafe format exactly as it is intended.
Please RSVP on meetup so we know how many to expect and how much refreshment to have on hand. As we grow we will know to arrange for larger space!

Lourdes is a seasoned RN passionate about palliative and hospice care and end-of-life with dignity. She is currently offering Death Cafes in her community to open conversations around the human experiences of death and dying and grief to reduce fear and isolation that often accompany these very human experiences.
