About this Death Cafe
The Salt Sanctuary of Maryland and Valoria Walker, Community Death Educator and End-of-Life Doula, are pleased to announce the first Death Café.

The Death Cafe is informal but abides established rules to ensure confidentially. Interpersonal respect is required of all participants at the meeting. Death Cafes do not offer therapeutic help in processing Death or grief. No specific agenda is introduced during the meetings.
About Valoria Walker
Valoria Walker, is a Community Death Educator. Valoria's accomplishments include publishing her interview, "Parting Gift," in O, The Oprah Magazine's "How to Grieve When You've Lost a Loved One," and her degree in Masters in Management of Aging Services.
