It is time to talk more about death, so we really can enjoy more our limited time in this body.

About Luisa PW Act doula

Luisa Perez Wolter was born in Costa Rica, but her family came from a lot of different places. For this reason she considered herself as a citizen of the world.  She earned her degree  in Dramatics Arts from the Universidad de Costa Rica. In the same University she worked as professor for more than ten years teaching different courses. Luisa is an Hatha Yoga Instructor with an emphasis on Vinyasa Yoga and Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga. Artist, Artivist, Actress, Director, and mother of three children. Certified doula by DONA INTERNATIONAL worked as a doula in two different pioneer doula organizations in the United States (Swedish Doula Program and Open Arms) Also she is a mentor for the birth process by "Birthing from Within", certified Bach Flower consultant,Certified teacher of "The Institute for the Study of Birth, Breath and Death" certified Acupressurist Birth Professional,  PEPS guide, among others . Luisa has over twenty years cultivating her personal practice to be a better person for herself, her family and the planet. She believes in the idea that the persona grows helps to develop the growth of her community and she is always happy to treat others with respect, support and compassion.Being a doula for Luisa is a way of relating to the world, more than a profession to exercise. Luisa is working full of compassion in her death doula roll, so she can support more individuals and communities in different ways with an open heart. She really believes in the opportunity of leaving a better life if we learn more from dying.
