About this Death Cafe
We have been meeting regularly on line since the beginning of the pandemic. Our ambition is to begin meeting face to face on an occasional basis at the Mindfulness Centre in Cardiff from early 2023 but we will continue to hold online meetings too as they enable non-Cardiff based people to attend. We usually restrict numbers to ten in order to ensure that everyone has time to speak fully about their concerns.
About Gilly Adams, Steve Killick & Lisa Casson (alternating)
Steve is a Clinical Psychologist, Trainer and Storyteller.
Gilly has always worked in the arts and now uses those skills as a secular celebrant and workshop leader to create alternative rites of passage, including funerals.
Lisa is a birth doula, drawn to companion the dying while weaving ceremony and ritual through the everyday
