A discussion about death is a healthy subject to talk about, when dealing with the inevitable. Learnning about regression, discovering how those with long term illness can plan ahead. It is truly amazing how a  discussion on death allows us to  better use the time we  have.

About Aidan Gillespie

Patricia Kennedy is a college lecturer and has written a number of papers on child protection. Her writings have become part of governmental public policy within childcare departments. Patricia has always had an interest in death and in helping others through her experience to prepare for it as well as possible.

Aidan Gillespie has fund raised with Cycle against Suicide. Mental health and it's achievement play a big part of his belief structure.Aidan tries to promote  positive mental health awarenes at every turn  Death cafes are another example of discussing subjects that can be daunting  worthwhile to pursue
