About this Death Cafe

Talking about a death often feels like a taboo in our society. It can bring up uncomfortable emotions, and we tend to avoid those feelings. Understanding and accepting these emotions are crucial as they are fundamental of our soul growth.

Death is inevitable. And all of us will experience death of loved one at some point in our lives. Talking about this topic openly can often make it seem less scary, like every other taboo.

This session is going to provide a safe space for anyone who feels the need to talk about the subject. You get to share your thoughts about death i.e. fear, loss of loved ones, including your pet and etc. And you also get to listen from other participants’ sharing, knowing that you are not alone in this journey.

About Shu Chuen

Hi, I am Shu Chuen and I am a spiritual and emotional healer. My self-discovery begins 10 years ago where I experience loss of loved one. I was overwhelmed by the emotions of loss, and I start to find the purpose and meaning of life. I venture into different field such as Chinese metaphysic, astrology, tarot reading, energy healing and many others. And all of this led me to ME. Learning about self-acceptance, accepting my shadow self, learning about my fear, understanding my feeling, and healing of my emotional wounds. I unlearn and relearn about myself. Letting go of the limiting self and allowing myself to be revealed. Life is a continuous self-mastery journey – I am aware of it and walking this path diligently
