About Victoria Keen
Victoria has been running the Sylvan Road Death Cafe for 4 years. At first in person and now remotely on Zoom.
She first met the founder Jon Underwood when she attended Jamyang Buddhist Centre in Kennington London when he was the manager.
She is now a funeral director after recently changing her career path after 20 years of being an agent in the fashion industry.
Victoria also launched Lifting the Lid an international, free, online festival on death and dying in November 2022 with her cohost Jo Dagless. Due to the success of the festival they will be producing Lifting the Lid 2 from 18-20 November 2021.
