About this Death Cafe

We believe that reflecting on death can have a positive impact not just on how we die, but on how we live. 

We're not counsellors, and this is not a grief group or a lecture. This will be a welcoming gathering to explore your own relationship to death. Everything we offer is an invitation, and the space we hold will be confidential and judgement free.

Karen, Maux and Monica are passionate end of life advocates, who've recently graduated from the End of Life program at Douglas College and are excited to create conversations around death and dying in safe and playful ways. We welcome you to join us to discuss death over coffee and baked treats.
