About this Death Cafe

The Cafe is being run as party of Dying Matters week at the Mulberry centre which has been providing cancer support to the local community for 21 years.

We aim to provide a warm supportive environment in which people can talk openly about death and eat cake.

About Nigel George

Nigel has been hosting Death Cafes for over 10 years. He is the founder of Ageing With Optimism, writer, lawyer, funeral celebrant, dementia champion, cook, husband, father

and believes in getting the most out of whatever life you have.
