About this Death Cafe
It's no surpise people are afraid to talk about death. The concept of dying is scary and daunting, at the very least. Some find it incomprehensible. I want to start this Death Cafe to get people in my little corner of the world a little more acquainted with the one thing that truly ties us all together - death.
About Cameron Ickes
Cameron is the Director of Forest and Family Services at Life Forest - a conservation burial ground in Hillsborough, NH, that replaces headstones with trees and deed records each plot to our land deed as a form of conservation and legacy protection.
Cameron is an alumni of Southern New Hampshire Univserity, having earned his degree in Environmental Science and minors in Psychology, Sociology, and Philosophy.
