About this Death Cafe

Following our annual Death Cafe last October, we've decided to run it monthly on the last Sunday of the month, thanks to offers by some committed voluteers. We will begin with participants sharing why they have come, break to get refreshments and then continue with freeform conversation in small groups. We  try to keep any facilitation or structure to a minimum, with faciltiators only there to keep conversation on topic, ensure all voices are heard and keep track of time.

This year, after two years of pandemic, it seems right to hold an in-person cafe where people can gather and share experiences and thoughts as we work to end the taboo around the subject of death and end of life matters.
