About this Death Cafe
This Death Cafe is open to LGBTQ+ people and their allies. We offer a safe, supportive space where all identities are recognised, respected and accepted.
Brighton Death Cafe has no agenda, it is not counselling or bereavement support but an invitation to explore awareness of our mortality as well as to share our individual experiences and thoughts about death, dying, life and loss. Death impacts us all collectively, but the space is an opportunity for your unique voice and experiences to be heard and held. We welcome all conversations and let them unfold within the group.
Our Death Cafe provides a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of people’s age, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, race, religion or belief or sexual orientation.
