About this Death Cafe

The pandemic is slowly receding, and it is time we start meeting again in person with a new normal. Instead of meeting at Oakland Cemetery, we are going to gather in “The Parson’s Pub,” an 800 square foot pub I built during the pandemic in the unfinished basement of the parsonage in which we now live. Instead of having one meeting or table, we will now have two: one will meet around the conference table in the Gathering Room and the second will meet in the comfortably appointed Parlor Room with 8-10 people per group. I will host one and Andy will host the other. Halfway through, we will take a break and belly up to the bar for snacks, cake, and socializing. If at this time you want to switch groups, you are welcome to do so. The expectation is that those attending are fully vaccinated, and you may wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable. Funding from Death Cafe Atlanta is from Crossroads Hospice Charitable Foundation.
