About this Death Cafe
Sasha's hosting this cafe as a way of offering her community support after so many months of hardship. Whether it's physical, emotional, social, or spiritual, death has touched us all and that's important to hold space for. Sasha's Death Cafe will be hosted at Industry Makers in Huntington Village—an artists' guild and lounge that prides itself on fostering a safe, creative environment. Cake will be provided by The Illegal Baker, a local business founded and operated by a a true kitchen witch. Coffee will be provoided by Soul Brew, another cafe that integrates itself with the arts.
About Sasha Pincus
Sasha earned her End-of-Life Doula certification through the University of Vermont in 2020, before beginning her pursuit of a Master's in Art Therapy. She's an artist, a comedy nerd, and a lover of storytelling. She will almost invariably address pets before their humans when walking around in public.
