About this Death Cafe
At a death cafe, we sit in groups of 6-8 people, over tea and cake, or wine, and simply talk about whatever comes up for us, when we put our attention on the taboo topic of death and dying. The conversation happens organically and generally flows easily, often accompanied by much laughter.
These events are very safe and supportive. We share honestly, we listen, and we don’t judge.
These are not grief support groups, but we welcome people who are grieving, and for some, it can provide a helpful space, in which they can speak openly about their experience, without feeling apologetic.
Anyone, irrespective of race, gender, sexuality, philosophy, belief system is welcome at a Death Cafe.
Booking is essential.
Please reserve your place by emailing deathcafen4@outlook.com
Once you receive an email confirmation, you are booked in.
