Hello! I'm Annelies. 46 year-old introvert artist and coach who plays an extrovert to cope with vulnerable moments. I love to garden, travel, cook, paddle board, and hang betwixt heaven and earth in my hammock, next to my beloved. I've been to 22 countries and 47 US states and have learned people generally want/need the same three things: to feel safe, to hold a sense of belonging and to be heard. What I've also learned that threads all of us together in this life we live is actually-- death. Let's talk about it.
