About Bre Martel
Bre is an Ottawa based End of Life Doula and Positive Death Educator who is changing the collective view of Death Culture within the west. Canadian born, the culture (or lack of) surrounding death never felt like a healthy attitude to carry amungst grieving families. During many years abroad, living in many different countries, she was able to reframe what Death and Dying truly means at the core of humans.
Approaching death from a Proactive and holistic mindset eases the REactive panic and trauma that death can cause. Bre is passionate abour opening these conversations and widening the perception we all carry.
