As part of Dying Matters Awareness Week, Death Cafe Taunton will host a virtual death cafe on Facebook Live! Grab a hot drink and cake and chat with us from the comfort of your home! We'll be discussing death and life. Join us on the Death Cafe Taunton Facebook page and be ready to chat, ask questions, and contribute to a dynamic live video.

The theme for this year's Dying Matters Awareness Week is Dying to be Heard. "For more people to talk about dying, death and grief, the more people must be willing to listen. It can feel hard to be of a conversation about death, so for Dying Matters Awareness Week 2020 we're going to be talking about listening." Dying Matters has also launches the hashtag #BeforeTheirTime, to acknowledge the effects of Covid-19 and people dying before their time, withou the ability to have a proper funeral to mourn them. Now more than ever is the time to talk. Join us online!
