Solja and Harri, both have personal interests in different kinds of phenomenon dealing with death and dying. We also like to share thoughts and feelings and perspectives about  death - because we are interested of living.

The Death Cafe Oulu is providing a comfy and trustworthy atmosphere in safe environment. You are invited to share your thoughts or you are free to listen others. We are providing free coffee, tee and cake. Free entrance.

Ms Solja Peltovuori is hosting The Death Cafe Oulu, she has been organising several funerals with her nearest and dearest and is interested in feelings and emotions and cultural things dealing with death.

Mr Harri Filppa is a executive director of Oulu Comics Center. He is also a widow and has been writing and drawing a comic book of his grieving and recovery, surviving. He will be facilitating the Death Cafe Oulu.
