Auburn Death Cafe featured on the News!

Tony Lopez of Channel 13 News, Sacramento CBS affiliate, visited the Death Cafe Auburn this month. We were happy to make the 10:00 news so more people can hear about what we are offering. Tony also put in a plug for Death Cafe Roseville. He interviewed two of our facilitators and a couple of people who attended as well as showing the group during our discussion. Small group conversation was sparked with some prompts such as "What constitutes a good death?" and "Talk about your most recent death." A dozen people turned out for the evening and we are expecting a larger turnout next month as a result of being featured. It's great that word is spreading about our Death Cafe.

Video of the TV segment which aired on the 10:00 news on May 13 will be posted on the Death Cafe website.
