Mementomorium.org—Transforming the fear of dying into the happiness of living

We are based in San Jose, CA, USA and we are starting an art project called "Mementomorium—Transforming the fear of dying into the happiness of living".

The idea is to induce a deathbed-like experience through a short-term session in a sensory deprivation casket (a dark, quiet, and cushioned chamber), symbolizing a burial. We believe that acknowledging life’s finitude brings about the clarity of perspective and meaningful priorities necessary for achieving the happiness of a flourishing life lived intentionally.

GREAT IDEA

I think the above lines sum clearly and precisely our present distress over death and dying. Would love to hear and read more on the subject from you or form your San Jose Cafe.
