Scared of karma and reincarnation

I'm so scared of karma and reincarnatio. I've had alot of struggle and mistakes in my life and I'm scared of how my mistakes and struggles and negative choices could affect my next incarnation. I'm also scared that my anxious thoughts could effect my next incarnation especially since I've dwelled on them and at times have sought reassurance to try and prove that there not true or won't happen. It scares me if my anxious thoughts that I've ruminated on could come true in another reincarnation.
