Death Questions

Posted by zuku

I'd like to know if a blood thinner kills pain when one experiences pain related to death.

A person was said to be going to die in a heatattack because of colestrol, and he was on blood thinner.

My mother has been on blood thinner because she had a tiny clot in her brain before. But, I have learned that blood thinner kills human being's natural immune power. I saw my mother dying (not died). I let her read about blood thinner.

But, when I listened to the person who was with the heartattack risk, i have stared to wonder if blood thinner actually softens up any pain the person must go through when the death comes.

Anybody could educate this question, please? My writing in English is not very good, but my reading is almost 100% good.

Thanks in advance for your time,

zuku

not to the best of my knowledge

Blood thinner do not ease pain for those who are dying only pain killers can and only to a point I hope that helps a bit

Hi, SteveJuszczak. I appreciate your comment.

I was going to ask and have my messy blog with my dumb mistakes in my language, but I will leave my mistakes as they are since they are mine, anyway and nothing is wrong with other parts.

Hi, deathcafenv,

Thank you very much for your comment. Every time I said that NV was one of the most beautiful place I've ever lived in, the local did not believe me. Life was simple. Spirituality seemed to be radiated from the people who actually live between the big sky and the desert with great pieces of oasis. My all-time favorite American food is Steak and Egg breakfast with a jar of coffee, which i had in NV. NV made me think that I wish I were born as a cow girl, but I was a japanese Cage Cashier at Harrah's Casino in Reno. I really liked it there. I also lived in Fallon, NV. I loved chilli there. A lot of classic. Anyway, that is a long story.

I'd like to know what kinds of dying people did not have pain with.

I also would like this question answered. NV made an attempt, though did not address the question. We understand that blood thinners are not prescribed for pain. We want to know if they, whether they are meant to or not, have an added effect of softening transition by way of somehow further quieting the system.

Hi, Michelle,

Thank you for your joining.

One day I thought my mother's movement was not right, so I asked her to go to a neuro doctor and get checked. She had a tiny clot in a minor part of her brain = a mini stroke. Blood thinner was enough to melt the clot. So, she did not experience pain. If her stroke were bigger, she would have experienced massive pain. I've read diary of a man who went through a big stroke. He says that it hurs like that he was hit by a steal hammer. He is fine after he exercised himself aggressively after the big medical pit break. So, my mother did not experience the steal hammer. But, yes, now i wonder how blood thinner works. I love how you put- softening the system. Thank you very much for your comment.

low or no priority (my mistake in writing)

I wanted to write "-quieting the system." Not "softening the system." (Please take this comment easy and discard. My apology.)

Pain Control at End of Life

I'd like to try to give you an answer to your question. I am a registered nurse who specializes in end-of-life care and I worked in hospice for 10 years. Blood thinning medications are not prescribed to control pain and are not the drugs of choice for pain control. We have excellent medications for pain and other symptoms that may be experienced in the dying process. For your mother, when her time comes, you might offer her hospice care, if that is available where you live, and let the professionals work with you and your mother to ensure that she is getting the medications that will ensure she is as comfortable as possible. And, she may not experience pain in her dying process. Not all dying people have pain!

I keep making mistakes in writing. The photo of the quote keeps telling what the panda have i been doing to myself? If I died today, that would be a sloppy one for my soul. Unkind. Heading to a next post.
