Finding Sponsors?

I held a successful first session last week, success being measured by people attending, a lively discussion and positive feedback!

I feel strongly that Death Cafes are helpful and informative and contacted numerous businesses (mainly Cafes and funeral directors) but in spite of people expressing interest Ive not managed to secure sponsorship, does anyone have advice or suggestions to inspire potential sponsor Please?

thank you

I find that public libraries are often very interested in supporting and sponsoring Death Cafe as part of their programming. It helps promote the library itself, and provides a quiet atmosphere. I hold mine at a public library, and I guest facilitate in another community at a library as well. Try them!

Death Cafe Options

You might try hospices, home health agencies, or churches (mine is Unity and has been very open to the idea of Death Cafes). I sort of think you won't get much response from a café, but I could be wrong.
