Hi, I've been running a death cafe for about a year now and I feel like the conversations have gotten stale. So, I'm looking for some ideas on what others have done to bring life to their death cafe. I have more questions that I'd like to hear about how other leaders handle, but I'm not sure who'll read this and who'll return a response. Susan

I find that I am not getting return participants. Perhaps others have suggestions that can bring people back.

Death Cafe Conversations
This question concerns me. I hope you don't go towards trying to have topics. I have been hosting for nearly 3 years now and do not have that issue. We always have new people and I do table rotations... I think both helps. There are new topics at EVERY cafe I host, and that's saying a lot. I'm still surprised by what comes up.
